The Ministry of Education (MoE) has established the National Testing Agency (NTA) as an independent, autonomous, and self-sustained premier testing organization for conducting efficient, transparent and international standards tests in order to evaluate the skill of candidates for admissions to premier higher education institutions. NTA has renamed UPSEE as UPCET-Uttar Pradesh Combined Entrance Test.
UPCET or Uttar Pradesh Combined Entrance Test (formerly known as UPSEE) is a state-level test for candidates seeking admission in various undergraduate and postgraduate programs affiliated with AKTU, MMMUT, and other state universities of Uttar Pradesh. UPCET 2021 will be conducted as an online computer-based entrance test. The exam is scheduled to be held from September 5 to 6. Question papers for undergraduate courses, MBA (Integrated) and MCA (Integrated) courses will be both in English and Hindi while the question papers for PG courses will be in English only.
Due to Covid, the exam was delayed from june to September and doesn’t schedule as per every year structure. The exam was recently conducted on 5 september for Masters courses and on 6 September for the bachelor’s courses under Uttar Pradesh Universities. Although the result date is yet to be declared.

Govt. of UP has endowed the errand of directing the Uttar Pradesh Combined Entrance Test (UPCET)– 2021 to National Testing Agency (NTA). UPCET-2021 covers admission to different courses presented by AKTU, MMMUT and HBTU just as other indicated Universities in Uttar Pradesh for the scholarly year 2021-22.
