In the general criteria of Common Entrance Test counselling conducted by the Guru Gobind Singh, Indraprastha University is to register students after qualifying the exam providing all the important and relevant information related to academic scores to family background alongside counselling fee of INR 1000. All the information that has been filled in the form needs supporting documents which later has been verified by the University. Based on the merit, students have been offered some options of colleges and can set them up on the priority wise in terms of taking admission. The most important factor to be considered while opting for the college is infrastructure, faculty, placement and department. After college allotment, the final step of admission is Reporting in the allotted college within the given timeline.
The same process goes on during all three rounds of counselling followed by sliding also. Failing to provide the relevant documents or non-reporting can lead to the cancellation of admission. While reporting in the given college, the candidate needs to pay the rest of the fee to confirm admission. If any student wishes to cancel or withdraw the admission, the student can apply for a refund considering the policies of the university. The sliding round results will be declared on November 12, 2021, and following that the process for admission comes to a final stage. The selected applicants can report to the respective colleges of IP University between November 13, 2021, to November 18, 2021. The college reporting timings will be 10 am to 5 pm. Applicants need to carry all the original documents related to academic reports, any domicile category or minority document if eligible, 10 and 12 mark sheet and certificate, IPU admit card, IPU result, character, migration and transfer certificate.
