Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University also known as DSEU was established in 2020 through the “Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University Act, 2019”. DSEU Delhi offers Diploma, Undergraduate courses and Postgraduate courses in the fields of Applied Sciences and Skill Education. All the degree programmes offered by DSEU are recognised by the UGC(University Grants Commission). The vision of Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University is to impart quality education and equip students with the adequate training and skills required to excel in the professional world.
University lays strong emphasis on minimising the existing gap in the field of skill training. Importantly, the curriculum is designed to fill in the gap of industry standards. DSEU is industry-linked and is customised according to the present-day market demands. Further, the UG courses (except BTech) at DSEU have multiple entry and exit options enabling students to study at their own pace and comfort. DSEU follows a teaching module with the aim to train students with an entrepreneurial or startup mindset.
DSEU Delhi has 12 schools of learning and 13 campuses in Delhi. Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University (DSEU) also has multiple industry partners across different sectors of the economy to bring more depth in the course of study in a real-time environment. Some of the partners that have collaborated with DSEU include TCS, RR Donnelley, HDFC Life, Quess Corp and Mindmap Consulting. Apart from this, the University has collaborated with international partners to train and equip students with the necessary skills for industry-specific job opportunities. DSEU Delhi has collaborated with Hi-No-De Foundation and Ichishin Holdings Co Ltd for intern training programmes. Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University offers need-based and merit-based scholarships to all eligible candidates where the highest financial assistance given goes up to 100 per cent.

Category 1 EWS (Annual Family Income less than 1.5 lakhs)
