What is Information Technology ?
B.Tech Information Technology is an undergraduate program for students who have completed 10+2 and duration of the course is 4 years. BTech Information Technology is an extensive course for students to understand the concepts of software development, information security, business software, and maintaining databases and networks. BTech Information Technology has a bright future in the fields of software engineering and development. Students should be good in Maths and Physics to excel in this field of study and career.
Eligibility for B.Tech Information Technology
Students who have completed their 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Maths can only apply for B.Tech Mechanical Engineering . Students who have written the JEE exam can apply for this course. Second condition is that their percentage in 12 classes should be a minimum 45% for the general category. For other categories like OBC, SC, ST percentage in 12 classes should be 40%.
A student can register for the admission process through these steps, the first step is to submit the educational documents like 10th Marksheet, 12th Marksheet. Then the documents are verified by the institute. The admission manager will attend the walk-in and show empathy towards their concerns and questions regarding the student’s future. If parents and students decide that this is the best institute for him/her, then the enrollment process is initiated by the admission team. Course fee is to be paid by the Parents through a Bank associated with the Institute.
B.Tech Information Technology Future Scope
Information Technology skills are used in many sectors to make a student employable, the skills they learn while doing engineering.
- Problem solving – There might be many problems coming your way while designing, development applications.
- Teamwork – Working together can help everyone in the project, tasks are completed faster.
- Advance Technical Skills – Whatever you learn in the classes, you do them practically in the labs and practical knowledge is useful while working with a team. You basically make a flowchart, which helps you to solve a problem and make an algorithm to write code for the program to function properly.
- Academic Writing – You will compile everything in a report and jot down points.
- Decision making – There might be many risks involved in designing and developing websites and applications, but the engineer should have confidence in himself and the team to move forward with the process.
