The University of Delhi, also known as Delhi University, collegiate public central university located in New Delhi. It was established in 1922 and the university is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC). The university offers various undergraduate and postgraduate courses in multiple disciplines and a Doctor of Philosophy PhD in various disciplines too. Various streams are animation, design, arts, humanities, social sciences, commerce, computer applications, information technology, education, engineering, architecture, hospitality, tourism, law, management, business administration, media, mass communication, journalism, medicine, pharmacy and sciences.

Admission to courses offered by Delhi University is given on the basis of the entrance exam and the merit of the qualifying exam. The University of Delhi has collaborated with numerous foreign universities like the University of Wollongong (Australia), the University of Vienna (Austria) etc. The tie-ups with foreign universities and institutes provide students with global exposure and exchange programs. The admission process in the university will start around august 2022 tentatively.
The Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET) is an all-India test that is being organized for admission to various Under-Graduate, Post Graduate, and Research Programmes in several Central Universities and State Universities of India. Students can apply to any university through CUCET. DU Admission process 2022 is set to commence from 1st week of June 2022 through online mode. Candidates will be shortlisted for admission on the basis of combined scores in CUCET & board exams. Candidates can also apply for admission on the basis of their board marks.
