Schedule of Online Counselling for BA (JMC), B.Ed., BCA, B.COM (H) And BBA programmes For Round 02. Round 03, Sliding Round & Reporting of Candidates to the Allotted Institute/College (after Declaration of the result of (Round 01) for the Academic Session 2021-22

1. This is in continuation to University’s earlier Schedule Notification No.29/2021, dated 07.10.2021, the University in the larger interest of candidates whose name appeared in Common Merit List Rank 2021 of GGSIP University, is providing one more opportunity to the candidates for participating in the online counselling process for admission to above-mentioned programmes for the following category of the candidates.

a) Candidates whose name appeared in Common Merit List Rank 2021 of GGSIP University and but neither registered themselves nor paid the online counselling participation fee of Rs. I 000/-.

b) Candidates whose name appeared in Common Merit List Rank 2021 of GGSIP University and registered themselves for online counselling but did not pay an online participation fee of Rs. 1000/-.

c) Candidates whose name appeared in Common Merit List Rank 2021 of GGSIP University and who have completed both the process i.e Registration and Paid the counsellig participation fee of Rs. l 000/- need not register/pay counselling participation fee again.

	Online Verification of entitlement documents to claim the benefit of Reserved Category of Registered Candidates who have paid Counselling Participation fees (i.e. SC/ST/OBC/JKM/PWD/DEFENCE/JAIN MINORITY/ SIKH MINORITY/ EWS /MUSLIM/ARMY as applicable).
2.	The Candidate claiming benefits under the reserved category have to upload the relevant supporting documents duly issued by the Competent Authority, if not uploaded earlier.
	Reservation Certificate (i.c. SC/ST/OBC/JKM/PWD/DEFENCE/JAIN MINORITY/ SIKH MINORITY/ EWS / MUSLIM/ARMY).
	The candidates may kindly read Admission Brochure (Chapter 6) to see the details of documents required for being eligible to claim benefit under Reserved Category and for ARMY category please refer to Appendix 15(A)/15(B)/15(C) of Part E of Admission Brochure 2021-22 for more details.

4.
